Replacement Policy

  • Items can be replaced within 7 days of purchase
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact
  • Bring your receipt or order number for verification
  • Replace with any item of equal or greater value (pay the difference)

Pick any item from our store — same or different style

Pay the difference (if any)

If your new pick costs more, just pay the difference. If less, the credit stays on your account.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without tags
  • Items returned after 7 days
  • Innerwear and undergarments

Note

We currently do not offer cash refunds. All returns are processed as replacements or store credit. This keeps things simple and helps us keep prices low.
